That lets you make updates without having to download to your hard drive or upload the new version to your gmail drafts. This is how I keep my budget so that I can pull it up for whatever reason at work if needed as well as having access to it from home. <br/><br/>The awesome part is that hey - on vacation at my parents house and didn't bring the laptop? Now worries! I can still log in to Google Docs on their computer and look at my budget. It's probably not as nice as YNAB because I made it myself. But I also keep a back-up on google docs, which I love!
