How funny that YNAB overages made your goal list, too! Our YNAB goal (DH & mine) was twofold - to have our monthly budget meetings and a followup tweaking meeting every month - which we met - and to not have overages in our discretionary budget items (food, fun money, etc). That one was a little squishy - DH tended to consider it as overage to the TOTAL of those categories and would reallocate available dollars to ensure overages wouldn't happen. Overall, though, YNAB really helped us meet most of our financial goals last year.

I think you should give yourself partial credit for the ones you came close on. Also, speaking from experience myself with sick leave and a job I hated, coming out with any sick leave at all is great, and you posted an increase for the year. Go you!

I'm also still thinking out my goals - I can think of about 100, but I think I need to narrow it down to something a bit more realistic. Good Luck on your 2010 resolutions!
