Looks like a lot of people are into the idea of decluttering with all the comments on my post about hoarding. I have to admit, my personal decluttering made zero progress this weekend. Wait, I take that back. I got rid of two shirts that were irreparably stained. They weren’t of a material that would make [...] Does anyone else always get sucked into those tv shows about people who have houses filled with clutter? Some are more lighthearted, like Clean House, others are kind of dark, like Hoarders. Either way, I find them completely fascinating. People have just accumulated so much stuff, and it’s always such a mess, with piles everywhere. [...] Yesterday, I watched a coworker count out twenty-two pennies while paying for a snack. Thankfully, there wasn’t a line of angry people behind her. I was impressed. I so rarely carry change. I usually have a few quarters in my wallet for emergency vending machine purposes, and there are always quarters in my car for [...] Man, blogging is hard. Who knew, right? I have a million excuses, really. I had a cold. My internet was out thanks to all the storms we’ve had recently (though we never lost power, thank goodness ). Work has been insane. But excuses are meaningless. Hoping to try to get back to some regular posting soon. I updated [...] Yes! Positive movement! My Net Worth increased 3.18% this month. Of course, that doesn’t mean as much since I dropped last month, but it’s movement in the right direction. What changed? My roommate moved in, so that helps.
