I admit that I’m not the smartest shopper when it comes to groceries and other household items. Sure, if I happen to catch a sale, I might stock up slightly. But note the words: “happen to catch.” That’s right, I very rarely look for sales. It’s just not something I do. [...] I think I’ve been on a tight budget a bit too long.
